This is a wonderful mix of a murder mystery, romance and reconciling with family. George Bellamy wants to reconcile with his brother Charles and make sure his Grandson Ross finds a wife before he dies from a reoccurring brain tumor. George wants to die at his childhood vacation place at Camp Kioga in Upstate New York. The story moves quickly with enough family drama to keep things interesting. Susan Wiggs skillfully incorporates elements as the long-term effects of polio, end-of-life decisions, and the personal costs associated with choosing to do the right thing in a tale centered on family.
