Classic movie - I had never seen it! A young looking Marlon Brando leads a motorcycle gang and they encounter their rival gang (led by an even younger-looking Lee Marvin!) and terrorize a small CA town. Based on a true event that occurred in Hollister, CA. The film was made in 1953, and by today's standards, no one looks that rough or tough or threatening. Someone asks "What's Johnny (Brando) rebelling against?" "What have you got?" sneers Brando. The gang members hate cops, Brando flirts with a pretty girl in the cafe (who's father is a cop) and gets into a fight with the rival gang; breaking store windows, chasing the cafe girl, basically up to no good. It all seems rather dated, with their cool look and hip lingo, but a Brando classic. Worth watching if you have never seen it. Maybe SPL could buy a few more copies of this classic since they only have 1 copy.
