Brad Meltzer weaves a thrilling book. Hard to put down. Try to read his books in order.

A master of his craft! He hits the ground running.

A solid thriller without needing to add bad language.

Really well written and full of suspense. This book is for people who loves history and mystery. But may not be suitable for younger audiences

Exceptionally paced, great character and plot development, the 'Fifth Assassin' could top my favourites list of 2015 and possibly of all time! I highly recommend that you read this book if you love: history and alternate history, mystery novels, suspense novels
and thriller novels!

The book was okay – but not one of my favorites.

It's been awhile since I've picked up a Brad Meltzer book but a pretty common factor through all of them is you have to keep a score card of his characters. The one thing I didn't really care for was the jumping from past to future but other than that it got my attention and I finished it in record time. Brad does his research and that comes through in his writing.

It's odd when I can't finish a book but I read more than half and still couldn't figure out the plot. I think the YV show went to Meltzer's head.

Weird book. You need a score card to keep track of all the characters. The story doesn't warrant them. They are useless baggage to the reader.

heard this author on the radio and this sounds well researched and very
interesting mystery
