Its a "What if?" story that's very interesting. It's not the best book I've read but it's still fairly good.

Better then I expected. The Punisher's not one of my favourite characters, and Mabery gets a bit of a strike against him generally because he was a sort of apprentice to the idiotic writer Reg Hudlin, who dismantled most of the Black Panther mythos in favour of his own continuity. This miniseries takes place as a what if scenario, with the Punisher among the last human survivors of a plague that turned most humans into murderous cannibals.

Being a fan of alternate realities in comics, I picked up this title. Overall it was a fairly good read nothing overly special. If you're a Punisher fan you'll enjoy it or if you're an alternate reality fan you may find it interesting
