Personally, I don't think it's that hard to make clothes for kids with or without patterns. What I found most valuable here were the directions for creating pdf patterns.

I make patterns for kids clothes, and this book is dynamite. You can download sized pattern blocks (basic shapes for pants and shirts and skirts) and make your own patterns for kids clothing. The instructions, photography, blocks and related information are all excellent. Sorry, Kwik Sew Sewing for Toddlers and Children, you are out of business!
