After a croc research trip in the Top End of Australia, the Irwins decide to travel on to East Arnhem Land, to a tiny town on the western shores of the Gulf of Carpentaria. They plan to help celebrate the 13th birthday of their friend Charlie, who is the son of one of the indigenous sea rangers working in the area. When they discover a huge ghost net with a dolphin trapped in it on the beach, Bindi and her friends scramble to save the trapped animal.
Bindi Irwin, daughter of Steve Irwin of Crocodile Hunter fame, has been involved with caring for wildlife and promoting conservation since she was very young, and this new series takes a look at different aspects of Bindi's life in a fun and informative way. Original.
Bindi and her family visit some friends near the Gulf of Carpenteria, but when Bindi learns that ghost nets are threatening the town's marine life, she and her friends scramble to make a difference.
