Susan O'Brien's first book was better but this one is good too. It has a really good introduction on dairy and sugar alternatives in plain language, which in itself is a fabulous resource.

My favourite recipes include her Pad Thai, Yam and Black Bean Burritos, and some of her veggie side dish recipes for inspiration.

Worth a read!
