Terrific book! This is the first book I have looked at on the subject of juicing, and I don't think I will look at another. This really isn't a lose-weight "DIET" book, but more about creating a new lifestyle habit through adding more veggies into your current eating habits, and if you lose weight, feel great, that's a bonus. I am guessing it's working for me, because after only having one green drink a day for 4 days, I already feel better, have more energy and I am craving veggies like celery and cucumber instead of chips and cookies! I definitely prefer it to the green powdered drink stuff. The book includes useful extras like nutritional information on certain veggies, how to buy or grow your own and how to store. on I agree with the comments below; this would be a good purchase.
I love this book! I made many of the recipes in it and I am considering purchasing it.
Has beautiful photos of all green smoothie recipes!
