Twenty years after ruling the halls of her suburban Chicago high school, Lissy Ryder doesn't understand why her glory days ended. Back then, she was worshipped...beloved...feared. Present day, not so much. She's been pink-slipped from her high-paying job, dumped by her husband and kicked out of her condo. Now, at thirty-seven, she's struggling to start a business out of her parents' garage and sleeping under the hair-band posters in her old bedroom.

LOVED it! I read the entire book in one day because I simply couldn't put it down. I was so involved in Lissy's story that I just HAD to know how it ended. Very well written and nostalgic. I adore Jen Lancaster's wit. I will certainly check out more of her work!
Entertaining book, clearly the author was an 80's girl. Good, light reading.
I took way too long to read it (not because I didn't like it, because I totally did!), I'm just working more and I'm too tired to read. Anyway, it made me laugh, it made me cry! ♥ Jen Lancaster! Can't wait for her next book!
Melissa “Lissy” Ryder was the meanest of mean girls in high school. And never once did she consider how here friends, family, and classmates were affected by her behavior until now. . .
After a painful 20-year reunion, Lissy is given the gift of time, well, going back in time. She is given the opportunity to right the wrongs of her past and see how each of her actions had (and have) consequences.
To reveal anything else would spoil the fun of this novel. This is a quick and fun read—nothing heavy, nothing deep. Just enjoy the ride back in time!
