For ladies that claim to want people to stop "eating crap", they use an awful lot of processed vegan foods. This is the kind of menu that makes people think it's too expensive to be vegan.
I understand that it's a hard transition for many people and eating foods like those you're used to can make it easier. But fake meats are way processed and pricey and you can eat and be healthy without them!

I liked this book. It was put into sections, it answered a lot of questions about veganism in a blunt and realistic way. It also had good every day recipes.

Recipes are expensive to make and only a few are enjoyable.
