Yes! Chocolate - How sweet it is!

Told in a very tasteful style - This impressively illustrated book is a truly delectable look at the fascinating history of that yummy, sweet-treat known as "chocolate".

From fudge, to truffles, to nougat, and beyond - There, literally, seems to be no end to the wide variety of chocolatey treats. And, of course, everyone seems to have their own special favourites.

Deliciously presented by Beth Kimmerle - "Chocolate" is a scrumptious overview of the history of the versatile cacao bean whose use as an edible predates biblical times. And, since then, chocolate has flourished into the mouth-watering, multi-million-dollar business that it is today.
