CW: sexual content, curse words, fatphobia, suicide attempt, pregnancy & abortion, alcohol, death of a loved one. ~~ I just reread it for the second time after 18 years. I agree with another reviewer that yes it is glaringly obvious that…

I read this novel for the first time almost 2 years ago and I haven’t touched it since. Reading it again has been a joy. I always find it interesting to revisit books after some time and see what connects and what feels different. This…

This book is a realist book abut teen sexuality, first Love and heartbreak. It's a fast pace read. A book you don't want to put down. It's the first Judy Blume book I read that was a teen book and not a Juvenile book. I loved it even…

Blume’s classic realistic novel on teen sexuality follows Katherine as she explores her sexuality with her boyfriend, Michael. With its short page count and straightforward first-person narration, the story unfolds much like a real teen…

Even 45 years after its initial publication, Forever still feels like a very authentic portrayal of life and romance as a teenager. Blume excellently conveys the emotions, the feelings and the uncertainties of first time love.

The concept of 'forever' is tested when Katherine spends a summer away from her steady boyfriend, Michael. The 'I love you's' come out naturally, but the concept of 'forever' at 17 seems too daunting for Katherine and Michael.

Such a great book. This novel was very realistic, which I enjoyed. Judy Blume did a great job, and I will defiantly re-read! An awesome quick, stay up late reading kind of book!

This book was great and really nice. A lot of learned lessons but am I the only person that actually cried at the end of the book. It was sad after everything they did together, it just ended. Like its just sad

A decent read, but this book is definitely better for teens (I am in my late 20s). The story goes at a good pace and has an overall message about relationships and intimacy in your teen years.

It has way more sex in it than I guessed. Lesson learned, chances are your first love won’t be forever.

The obsession of first love was very accurate, but the ease with which she climax during sex is completely unrealistic, especially at that age. It would be very unfortunate if girls think that's what is supposed to happen.

An honest, realistic, sometimes awkward, and heartbreaking tale of first love. A classic that I can't believe I had never read before.

I can't believe I had never read this before. A true Judy Blume classic. Even though it was written decades ago, the story will still resonate with young teens (particular teen girls) today. I thought it was an honest and realistic…

I like the down to earth romance of the primary characters and the mutual respect they give each other. The ending was terrible, but the book is good if one omits the final chapter.

This book is very interesting and for me, relatable. It is quite informative on the topic of first love and first intimate moments with someone else. Judy Blume has done it again.

I first read this book in the eight grade, and reread it now, in my first year of university, to see how I interpreted it differently now that I've experienced many of the milestones discussed in the book. The beauty of the novel is the…

The writing felt so...awkward and immature for the subject matter. Maybe I just don't get Judy Blume?

This is a really good book for teens. I read it when i was 10, which was probably a mistake as a lot of the sex scences are described in detail. However it make you relise that a lot of realtionships will have problems and not to have sex…

This novel was very touching a by far the best teen-romance novel i have ever read! The sex stuff was a bit intense and too maybe too detailed for some readers but other then that, i melted and related this scenerio to my life.

Amazing book. I love reading books with teen relationships. Make me think of my own. But i recommend people to read this, their relationship actually touched me.
